Starting out in 2000 for a High Street Agency, after initially turning their job offer down (who wants to do that for a job?!) I decided to try it, and am still in the industry, so must be doing something right!

I've worked to provide only the best elements of recruitment, throwing away the targets and all that gives the industry a bad name. So, no hard sell, no time wasting, total honesty to both candidates and clients, making sure that everyone gets a dedicated, genuinely knowledgeable one to one service.

Since 2024 I've been working as the Talent Aquisition Partner for The Pioneer Safety Group, handling all of their recruitment, but still maintaining a handful of other clients, to provide a wide range of opportunities.
